Disclaimer

Our terms and conditions in respect of the free 40-minute consultation within 48 hours.

  1. We will provide you with an initial free 40-minute consultation with Martyn Evans, who is an experienced Insolvency Solicitor and a fully Bonded and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
  2. Martyn Evans’ hourly rate is £198 per hour plus VAT, so the free 40-minute consultation is worth £132 plus VAT.
  3. If the consultation goes beyond 40 minutes, Martyn’s normal charge out rate of £198 per hour plus VAT will apply to the time spent after the expiry of the initial 40 minute free consultation period and an invoice will be delivered immediately following the consultation for the additional time spent.
  4. You must bring with you a photo driving licence or a valid passport and utility bill for your current residence.
  5. Any liability we may owe you howsoever arising as a result of our initial consultation is strictly limited to the equivalent cost of that free consultation, namely £132 plus VAT.
  6. Within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) of your initial call to the office (normal office hours apply, namely 9am to 5pm Monday to Fridays) we will offer you a free consultation with Martyn Evans lasting 40 minutes at either of our Cornwall offices in Truro or St Austell. If that appointment is not convenient to yourself, then alternative times and dates will be suggested, but not necessarily within the initial 48 hour period referred to above.
  7. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for the purposes of the initial consultation.
